Corewell Health Urgent Care - Bloomfield Twp

This was my 1st time visiting an urgent care facility. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Facility was very clean, quiet, nicely lit. I was greeted promptly and there were no other patients at the time of my visit. After completing some brief paperwork, I was seen promptly by a technician who took vitals and tested me for COVID and flu. Once those tasks were completed, I saw the doctor, Brad, promptly and we reviewed my symptoms, some history with the same problem and his recommendation. All in all, the staff was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in my well-being and making certain my questions were answered. A very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate returning to this facility, if the situation warrants.

The clinic staff was excellent. Front staff was patient and friendly, Xray tech very good. PAC Brad V. came in quickly to see my son. He diagnosed him accurately and we had a followup with a specialist confirming the diagnosis. Highly recommend this urgent care center. Quick in/out, accurate diagnosis!!

I will start by saying the medical providers were great no complaints with the medical care. Went here at 8:00 am on Sunday February 8th with my one year old. Earlier this morning we booked an appointment on ZocDoc for 8 am, which is right when they open. Walked in right at 8 am with two other patients who were also waiting at the door as it was unlocked, who checked in as walk ins. Those two adult patients were called back to be seen before us while we were not called back until about 835. At 830 I went to the desk and the worker stated they had two appointments before me, to which I asked how could they be before me if you opened at 8. Her response was "I'm not going to go back and forth with you." I am a doctor, I know how things work. What is the purpose of having a scheduled appointm

Had a great experience: I was a walk-in around 4pm on a Tuesday. They registered me in and I was called back for them to briefly gather details of the reason for my visit. They checked my temperature, etc. Afterwards, they tested for COVID and the Flu. Fortunately, for me both tests came back negative. I was given a prescription for my nasal infection and on my way home. Their office was clean. The medical staff was friendly and professional. And their processes were quick and simple. Definately, a one and done experience, you can not go wrong coming here for your urgent care needs for yourself and your family.

Everyone was so helpful Natasha the manager was so pleasant and helpful. The front desk Alyssa tequila Shelly the Np was so caring. You want great help come see them 💕
