Health care here seems to be rushed and they do not take their time with patients. Any communication outside of your appointment is intercepted and garbled and not passed along to your doctor properly. Their laboratory seems to run fairly efficiently. Billing is another major issue. After you have been fleeced down at the door and make sure you can pay in the fashion that they will accept you might get some attention to your health care needs. However wait for the bill in the mail and if that's not properly taken care of they will promptly send you to collections. This place really needs to get its stuff together.

I live 50 minutes away in Grand Rapids, I left when I was supposed to. Traffic was heavy in the city as well as out. I got there 10 minutes late and in front of me tried to cancel my appointment with her boss. Luckily her boss said it had to be 15 minutes, but I was furious. Nobody should be greeted that way, I’m here for an appointment, not to be disrespected by your greeting staff.

Took Granddaughter in with 103.4 fever and was told they did not have a Provider and that we would have to go to either Greenville or Big Rapids. Went to Greenville. Dr did nothing except give her Tylenol. Made a comment to the receptionist around 1:30-ish that he was "over it" and that they'd be closing early. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time driving half way across the State with a sick child for nothing. Totally disgusted at what the rural people of Lakeview are now "stuck with" for medical service in their area!!

I have been going there for a while now and I have not seen one good person who actually fits the criteria for this type of job except for Debra! I have been mistreated, talked down to, and even questioned by other providers due to to the other providers messing up when writing the conclusion of the appointment down, and when I spoke out to the walk in clinic lady after being told by several triage nurses to come in for a test I got told she could not help me nor get any tests bc my breathing was “fine” even after all the symptoms I been having also being exposed meaning a test is not tm to ask for and when I finally was able to convince her to at least something for me she looked at me in silence and was basically waiting for me to say thank you… after waiting not only one but 2 hours for

Walked in at 20 minutes to 5 and was told they wouldn't do a sports physical even though website says 5 and receptionist said quarter to 5.
