Core Sports have been amazing! I had a bulging disc and started working with Sean and the team for about 4-5 months. I couldn't walk for half a mile without having severe sciatic shooting down my left leg. Sean, CJ, Jamie, and team have done an incredible job working with me, scaling up my exercises, and encouraging me that I will be ready to run the Honolulu Marathon this December which I'm training for. At times I wasn't sure if I can but they continued to stay the course and provide excellent care and therapy. I am now running up to 9 miles in my training, back at surfing, and able to golf. I can't recommend Dr. Carl enough! I came to them struggling with painful Achilles tendonitis that was limiting everything I enjoyed doing, and together they guided me through an incredible recovery. I was a first-time patient and clearly told the clinic I had no prior experience with PT and asked what to expect. Despite this, I was not informed that insurance deductibles reset at the start of the year. My appointments were scheduled for 12/20/2025 and 1/2/2026, which caused me to pay my full 2025 deductible for just one visit. There were several opportunities to communicate this - during scheduling, insurance intake, or before the appointment - but it was never mentioned. Follow-up communication was slow, and the response I received lacked professionalism and accountability. No effort was made to resolve the situation; instead, responsibility was shifted entirely to the patient.

Core sport is the best physical therapy I’ve ever been to and people deserve to know! - the PTs know what they’re doing (I was a former D1 football player and the guys here are better than the trainers I had). They push me on exercises and go above and beyond on giving me advice for recovery from surgery. - the place is spotless and makes you feel safe. I’ve been wary about going to therapy because of COVID. - I’ve been to 2 other physical therapy spots in town and tbh I felt like I knew more about the body than some of their staff. 11/10 and I couldn’t recommend this spot more.

I just wrapped up a month-long stay in Honolulu and had the opportunity to work with Sean Fields-Eaton to continue my recovery from a fractured tibia. The experience was top notch from the initial consult to the actual physical therapy sessions. Sean challenged me with plethora of exercises that targeted the areas for recovery and helped explain the kinesiology behind each. He was always hands-on and kept a close watch to make sure my form was correct. After a month of sessions, I can see measurable progress towards full recovery.
