Core Massage

David was professional and approachable. I felt chatty, and he didn't disappoint. He paid special attention to areas where I had pain currently and chronic issues. David had lots of good advice for me being new to the climate on how to best take care of myself, so I'm grateful to have that extra help as well. I'm sure I'll be seeing David again soon!

David is an EXCEPTIONAL massage therapist! I have multiple issues that I have sought relief for. As a gymnastics coach and a busy mom and daycare mom, my body takes a beating. David has addressed each of my problem areas over several sessions with noticeable improvement after each session! My left leg at one point was unable to be lifted much higher than 45 degrees. After the session I was able to have full range of motion restored and it has continued to this day! I also sprained my SI joint while coaching, which has been a long recovery, yet David is able to give that area relief each session. It has made a noticeable difference in the recovery of that joint. My neck is my next biggest problem area, mostly due to my jobs. I have very limited range of motion with major pain. When

David did an amazing job helping me with my back pain. I was not able to bend over and get back up without excruciating pain. I also have arthritis in my thumbs. In two visits, he taught me stretches for my hands, which helped release the arthritic pain, and I have virtually little back pain now. He is extremely knowledgeable of the muscular and nervous systems, and has techniques that help combat pain. I would have not believed it if I had not experienced it myself.

David is an amazing therapist. If you have any CHRONIC pain he is worth the visit. Booked 3 massages, and after the first, I booked 3 more. I am a Physician Assistant, who did 20yrs in Army in multiple fields including combat arms. I have had 8 car accidents, a motorcycle accident, and fall from 20 feet. Needless to say I have a long history of chronic, neck, back, shoulder, and leg pain. He really helped. I am going to recommend him to my patients.

I am sixteen-weeks-post-back surgery (L5s1)and just completed 8 weeks of physical therapy. Yesterday David provided my first hour-long massage session, and after listening attentively he went right after the complex problems. I'm confident David will have a very positive impact on my recovery.
