I had never even heard of a pelvic physical therapist until my gastroenterologist suggested one to help with my IBS-C. I am so grateful that I found Sarah Sudheimer, PT, MTC. Over the past several months, Sarah has helped me with pelvic floor issues, and I can honestly say she has made such a difference in my life. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Sara worked on me for 12 weeks administering physical therapy, once or twice a week. She was considerate and encouraging and did not push me beyond my comfort level. The exercises were from easy to more difficult. Sara never failed to tell me how I had improved each time we met. Her massages were quite effective for stretching tight muscles and relaxing contracted areas. I would definitely recommend Sara for both physical therapy and massage.
