I’ve been seeing Maddy for a few months now and I am so impressed by her ability to get deep into some very vulnerable spots on my back without me tensing up. Her technique really works for me! Typically my nervous system reacts before I can relax in to the pressure, but Maddy has a way of keeping my nervous system in check so that she can release all my points of tension.
