Just being honest the front desk lady really comes off as rude on multiple occasions . The two cancelations policy is something I dislike as many people have unexpected life things happen, When I was pregnant I had the worst nausea and puked none stop, then after the baby she had a lot of stomach issues and sensitivities to formula I was late a couple times for unexpected life things like my kid puking all over herself and the car and sickness and I personally believe they have the worst policy and I believe it is really unfair and awful, some people have transportation issues, health issues and just unexpected life issues. I don't have any complaints about Dr Brandon or Dr Franklin, but the office policy, and the front desk worker are enough for me to not recommend to anyone. I was told

They are the best 😊 I had been to several dentist after mine had retired after 20 years going to him. First one I thought I’m going to have to mortgage my house with what they said needed to be done. The other one I left crying because he was so rude to me. My coworkers suggested I see your group and they were so right! Thank you so much for your patience and kindness to me. I was super happy with my visit! Everyone was welcoming, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and provided plenty of options. I had the pleasure of having the dental assistant Hava! She was amazing and set the time for what kind of treatment I was gonna receive. I then had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Hannah, she provided excellent care and options. Very happy overall with the whole appointment! Can't wait to see them again when I come back! Highly recommended!!!

Lord for bid you make appt for your son 2 months ago and they call the day before as a reminder. As a human you totally forgot about it have to work, and your son is sick. But guess what they don't care. Your ban bc I made appt 2 months ago. I know at least 3 people that I'm friends with that canceled the day of due to life. Which it should be like that. But it only applies to certain people if your friends with front desk then no worries. I have taken my son there a dozen times, and never canceld a appt. The front desk wouldn't even let me explain anything, just I sign a paper about not being able to cancel unless its 48 hours before hand, but call the day before. There is not one person on this earth that can remember eveything. I'm so upset about the way I was treated and refusing a 7 y

A wonderful experience from the moment I walked in, until the time I left. Clean, pleasant, friendly and CARING! I am terrified at dental visits but Kirsten and Dr Hannah were so incredibly kind and patient. I felt like I was heard and I feel confident that I made a good decision when I chose Dr Hannah to be my Dentist!
