One of the best optometrist offices in SC, in my opinion! They have great frame options and the customer service is amazing. Even with insurance it’s not cheap and Gloria really works with you on costs. So happy I’ve been with them for 4 years now!

AMAZING!! AMAZING AMAZING!! I went in for contact lenses, I wear glasses all the time by the way. The contacts is totally new to me, I struggled with putting them in, I was a bit embarrassed while testing them in the office BUT GLORIA!!!! Saved me she was super patient and I thanked her and apologized for my lack of, but she assured me that I was doing fine and that this process is normal and to not be so hard on myself. Her patience is like no other. Outstanding customer service she gives!!

Dr. Corben is thorough, kind, and professional. He makes the experience as pleasant as possible and makes sure your needs are met. However, I think they should consider better office staff. I received a call Tuesday that my glasses were ready. I said, "Great! I already paid to have them shipped." The gal said she would get them sent out. I called today (Thursday) just to verify they were sent and to get a tracking number. I was put on hold and told that my glasses JUST got there and they would be sending them out tomorrow. I replied, "No, they arrived Tuesday when you called me." The response was, "oh, I mean, Fed Ex hasn't picked the up yet." I asked for a tracking number.... was put on hold and evidently, a different office person gave me the number. I said, "You realize you
