First of all Kayla the scheduler is amazing, friendly, understanding and works really hard to make appointments that work for you. Dr. Chalgren was amazing, I had emergency appointment, infected wisdom tooth needed to be pulled, absolutely no pain. Dental Assistant (dont remember her name) was supportive during procedure and professional but not overly friendly and I was super nervous. The most negative thing I can say is about the front desk reception. They were very cold and distant, not what you want representing the office upon entering, or after your appointment when checking out . If it wasn't for front desk reception I would have rated the experience a 5, but I still would recommend Dr. Chalgren. Thank you for quick appointment and another shout out to Kayla in scheduling.

I most recently had a tooth extraction and everyone was kind and amazing throughout the whole process. I was very nervous but they made it quick and painless, and there was very little soreness afterwards. I am very appreciative of everyone there!

Dr. Chalgron, his hygienist Sadie, and office staff are kind and courteous. Sadie is very patient and soft-spoken, and it's always a pleasure to work with her. Dr. C is always professional and friendly. Thumbs up!

I have never written a review on anything ever but let me tell you, my first visit was horrible. My literal first interaction with these people. They gave me the anesthetic for fillings only to tell me they couldn’t do it because someone neglected to view my insurance. Walked out with half of my face numb for no reason. The dentist told me “if I would’ve known you were with (insert insurance), I wouldn’t have done it”. He didn’t even explain anything about my x-rays or how the filling would go until after the anesthetic was done. Absolutely terrible place. This part might be nitpicking but he’s also stingy with the water rinse and try’s to speed run through the appointment (probably so you don’t ask any questions… he couldn’t answer mine). Dr. Chalgren was super! I’m not a fan of dentistry work being done, but he made me feel super comfortable and made my procedure painless, him and his team were able to do everything that needed to be done all in one visit! Thank you! I would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone needing any dentistry work done! Thanks again Dr. Chalgren!!
