Dr.O is incredible! I have been her patient for several years now. She is the absolute best. She listens and truly cares with her whole heart for her patients. If you have womens health issues, thyroid, endocrine, sex health, weight issues, longevity concerns, etc she's your gal. She's the real deal. I won't go anywhere else and neither should you. 1000/10 recommend.

I can’t recommend Dr. O’Connell at Coordinates Healthcare enough. She is absolutely brilliant and truly helped me with my perimenopause issues. Dr. O’Connell is not only highly knowledgeable, but she’s also incredibly empathetic and a fantastic listener. She takes the time to really hear your concerns and makes you feel comfortable and understood. It's like a warm hug every time I see her. Brynn, the office manager, is equally wonderful. She’s always so cheerful, efficient, and personable. The office environment is welcoming, and it’s clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the patients. If you’re looking for a doctor who combines expertise with a compassionate approach, Dr. O’Connell is the one!

Dr. O'Connell is a legend in my mind. I spent a year living in Alaska and my search for an ND landed me in her office. From our first visit, I was so excited for someone who was really listening. With Dr. O'Connell as my body 'general contractor', she sub contracted the heart and the brain and I finally got the right diagnosis that had been issues for years. My life has drastically improved and I have her to thank. If you want a doctor who will listen, partner with you, have your best interests at heart, and is at the top of her field, stop reading reviews and make an appointment.

I’ve been seeing Dr. O’Connell since 2019 and she has been nothing but a breath of fresh air the whole time. She is a lovely blend of non-western and western medicine wrapped in someone who is attuned, caring and funny. I’ve always felt like each session was thorough (never rushed) and her approach is always thoughtful. I’ve sent so many folks her way and have never heard anything negative.

Coordinates has been a total game-changer for me! The whole team really lives up to their name—everything they do is seamless and coordinated (pun intended). They’ve been such an incredible support system for my athletic training and overall wellness, and I always feel like I’m in great hands. Thomas (the staff LMT) is a true magician, and Meghan (staff acupuncturist) is a force of zen. I also really appreciate the option to do a subscription plan. It saves me from worrying about staying on top of appointments or labs—they just handle it. They even call me to schedule follow-ups, acupuncture, and massage therapy. It’s like outsourcing all the mental load of managing my health, which is amazing. Finally, I appreciate their focus on women’s health, and I love their collaborative and empowe
