I've seen Alison before for generally tightness and have always been impressed, but after a week long 3,000ish mile road trip I can home with extremely swollen feet and legs. I was retaining so much water it was painful. I texted Alison and set up a lymphatic massage,. The massage itself was relaxing and Alison is always a pleasure to be around, but the next day my legs and feet looked like they belonged to a different person. I highly recommend making an appointment.
