Cooper's Drug Store

I am so disappointed with this place here lately. The wait times increased, the lack of communication is at an all time high.With basically zero complaints as their client and being aware of the difficulties they've been going through. I have used them for years for myself and my family, only to be called today by a Tech to whom I have never had a conversation with to tell me they can no longer fill my prescriptions per the Pharmacist. I find this very unprofessional and upsetting that this the treatment I would receive from year's of loyalty. Definitely will no longer be recommending them any longer.

So we traveled down from ky for leisure! My husband forgot a part to his c pap machine. They had one on hand and fixed us up. Highly recommend. Very nice

They are very reliable and I have been going to them for years me and my children. Very good people.

I arrived at the beach with my family, only to realize I had forgotten the mask elbow for my hose. Fortunately, I contacted Cooper's Drug Store, and they were incredibly helpful in providing a replacement very quickly. They were truly a lifesaver.

They fill prescriptions fast, but I had an issue with them trying to deliver medication that I didn't order that was not ordered for me. They tried to give me medication that was not meant for me. So I called. Everyone was polite and decent, except one woman. Idk her name, she's an older lady. She was rude, had an attitude until I caught one with her for the mood swings she was having. I am honestly really aggravated now over her lack of people skills in a job that literally requires people skills. I hope she either gets therapy or moves to a job that doesn't involve the public
