Cooper Urgent Care at Wildwood

I’ve debated writing this review as I know everyone can have a bad day, but I wanted to express how disappointed I am with our experience with the provider, Dr. Ruskey, at the Wildwood facility, as it is something I have not been able to get off my mind. I brought my young child in for care, and the doctor’s bedside manner, particularly with a pediatric patient, was extremely poor. He spoke in a dismissive manner and seemed to have no patience for the situation. As someone who works in healthcare myself, I found his communication style especially concerning, though I did not make my background known during the visit. Regardless, no parent should feel dismissed or belittled when seeking care for their child. Most troubling is the impact this visit had on my child. Prior to this appointmen

Very kind staff, nurse was pleasant and kind. Doctor was very efficient and also kind. Usually don’t have good experiences at urgent care facilities but I would come back here.

Best urgent care we've ever visited. All staff are super friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. The nurse and doctor saw us promptly and were very nice and knowledgable.

From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming. Both Dr. Ruskey and our nurse, Hannah were incredible. They made a very uncomfortable situation for our 15 year old daughter comfortable and we are extremely thankful.

Very professional, efficient and courteous staff. Wait time in the exam room was minimal. Check in was also very easy. The nurse and the doctor were very caring and made you feel comfortable. Thank you for the great visit. It’s a blessing to have a great facility in Wildwood.
