The office and staff are very welcoming. They truly live by the old saying "its never a 2nd time to make a 1st impression. They won me over from the ease of online booking, to having same day availability, to communication preferences and so much more. Then upon my arrival, the greetings and consultation left me with more friends than I came with. Awesome sauce. Yawl keep up the good work 🤛🏾

I have been going to NP. Thapa for almost a year now as my primary. Her and the staff have always been pleasant and attentive. NP. Thapa really listens to her patients and tries to help the best she can. I have lost 130 pounds in the last 8 months without weight loss medication except for the first month to get me started. She monitored all my blood work and vitals monthly to make sure it was healthy and safe. My previous primary just told me that I’m a man and I don’t need any help, just do it and if I can’t get surgery. I would recommend NP. Thapa 10 out of 10 times. She truly cares.

Worst Experience at This Clinic I scheduled my wife’s annual health visit here and the experience was unacceptable. At check-in, her name was misspelled on the lab order. Even after I pointed it out, the staff failed to correct it until I insisted right before her urine sample was submitted. Such negligence could easily have led to a mix-up with another patient’s results, which raises serious concerns about accuracy and patient safety. Additionally, their billing practices are misleading. We were charged $200 upfront, with the assurance that it was a one-time estimated payment to cover all services. I'm traveling on a long flight and have really bad anxiety about flying for 12+ hours so I talked to Pramila about taking anxiety medication to help ease my mind. I can honestly feel a difference with the medication I'm taking and it's helped me with everyday task which I'm thankful for. They did have to run some test on me and I did ask how much these test would cost and they had no problem letting me know which I thought was nice. I'm thankful to Pramila for helping me out and I'll definitely be coming back here for my primary care. Also shout-out to the staff for being wonderful and kind. 💜
