Cooper Specialty Care at Willingboro

Finding this place within all the Cooper buildings here is challenging but once you know where you are going, it's fine. Just give yourself more time the 1st time! They do normally run a little behind here, but it's not too bad in comparison to some other drs. Patient rooms are pretty big and this building is handicap accessible. There is also ample parking in front of the building but depending on the time, it may be a little busier.

If I would have gone by these reviews I would have been mistaken. I brought my daughter here as an urgent appointment and was greeted with a smile, concern if we found the location without trouble and assurance we’d be seen quickly. We were … the intake nurse was just lovely and warm and Simone Holden, PA was quick to see my daughter, ask a lot of good questions and get her scheduled rapidly for more testing and prescribed her medications for the in-between to ease her discomfort. We both felt confident when we left her office after leaving two ER’s completely discouraged. We wanted to take the time to leave this review because we felt the care here was what we needed and is almost lost in the medical world right now. Give this office a call!

The absolute worse experience just trying to get an appointment with a dietitian. One of the reps I spoke to before being transferred was sooo rude. I would speak and she would just stay silent as if I was speaking to a wall. She didnt ask me anything just said that she will send a message for me to get a call back. I asked to speak to someone else. She transfers me to someone who actually asked for my information and said I would get a call back to schedule an appointment. I get a call from someone who said the message left regarding me was confusing and asked what I needed. I state I need to see a dietitian then she says I will get a call back. NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I spoke to 4 people to book an appointment and still didn't get called for an appointment. Im sure they are missing out on

I saw my new Gastroenterologist today; Dr. Daniel Garrido. Wow! I was very very pleased, impressed, comfortable, glad that I chose him, {Dr. Goldstein retired in June so I needed a new Gastroenterologist. } Dr. Garrido has an excellent bedside manner, he listened closely to me & showed genuine concern, Dr. Garrido reassured me & put my mind at ease. I was delighted that I now have another Excellent Doctor to handle my health issues. Thank you Dr. Garrido for an awesome first visit & I am very grateful. Highly recommended 👌 👍 👏 💯 🙌 😊

The front desk ladies/front desk nurses are very rude. Rolling their eyes, no one greeting me when I walk in, ignoring me when I first walk in and said something to them. I was honestly shocked to find out that they were nurses. I don’t know what’s going on in their lives but I hope they learn to be more professional next time. The doctors were very nice though.
