Cooper Pediatric Care at Sewell

So my child’s Dr.’s office has no record of him being kept home sick to recuperate, MULTIPLE DAYS!!! Unacceptable. I’m sorry but that’s quite troubling to say the least. Dr Bright is thee best, however the office seems uninterested, preoccupied, and frankly could care less about hearing about our issue. We have a soon to be 7 year old that according to the letters has only been sick once during the school year (which is so untrue; my wife literally called in for him being sick TWICE within the last 100 days for flu-like symptoms i.e. vomitting, light-fever, loose runny stool, congestation, etc.) We have to definitely find another provider, which sucks because we LOVE our Dr, but if something as minor as missing Dr. notes in records goes unchecked, I can only imagine what else could go mi

Posting yet another review: We call cooper pediatrics maybe 3 times a year when our child is sick. THEY NEVER SEE HIM! Ever. It's beyond frustrating that our own pediatricians office never has the time and space to see a sick kid 2-3 times a year. Honestly we will likely move practices, but if you actually want your child evaluated by a doctor, don't use cooper pediatrics.

I am so disgusted by this office. You can’t ever get a sick appointment and when you do, they do absolutely nothing for your child. After 4 days of fevers they still wouldn’t bring my son in. I finally went to the ER and he had a double ear infection. Went in for a sick appointment another time for the same symptoms and was told he had no ear infection and just sent us on our way. I went directly to urgent care and he did in fact have an ear infection. Is this office just for routine visits only? I have never been to the ER and urgent care so much, just for them to do what the pediatrician is supposed to do.

-10 stars if I could. Just a recommendation for anyone who likes healthy dialogue with your provider, this is not the place for you. I would elaborate further but let the reviews speak for themselves. If you do end up here, avoid Dr. Williamson.

Dr Williams is always amazing with my daughter. This has been her pediatric doctor since she was born. The rest of the staff have always been polite and professional.
