Cooper Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Sewell

Very rude and inpatient staff. Don't even listen to you. They are very quick to dismissed your questions they act like you dont matter to them.

Joy Veal from billing is the worst. She will be the reason why cooper oral loses patients. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Also, Cooper needs to fix their policies. You should not be waiting until the week of to verify insurance with people who are getting surgery. Very unacceptable!

Dr. Yagnik seemed not very concerned when my daughter went to have several teeth removed in the OR. When she came out of the or she had several bruises on her chest her arms and her thighs. What do you suppose happened in there that gave her all those bruises. Dr. Yagnik did not have an answer where are the bruises came from. Now she has to go back for 2 bone shavings and he will not give her any sedation stating that she is not a candidate. If she is not a candidate for a little sedation then I'm sure she would not have been a candidate for complete sedation requiring intubation to have her teeth removed. She's always been very fearful of dentist because she had a dentist that told her he would hurt her when she was about 8 He did end up hurting her and she never got over it. ThIs is very

I am terrified of any type of Dentist, Dr. Yagnik and his assistant was "AWESOME ". I would come back if given the opportunity. The entire staff was very professional and very caring. Thank you all.
