Cooper Care Alliance at Washington Township

Tried to establish care as a new patient just for a quick physical and blood work check. Had a 4pm appointment arrived 10 minutes early filled out paperwork and sat down. After this I was notified Dr. Cavallaro is running 1-1.5 hours behind. After this they switched me to see an NP instead of waiting the additional time they took me back. 4pm-445pm no one came in the room to see me. When asked if I was forgotten about they told me no the NP was running behind. Unfortunately I had to leave for a commitment for my child and I was not able to get seen after waiting for 1 hour. Office looked nice, staff remained professional but 1 star from me for patient experience. Patients do not seem to be a priority. There are enough other doctors in the area who will value my time just as I value theirs

Prompt,courtious and on time doctor visits. Every visit in the past two years has been on time.Ive never waited past my scheduled appointment time. Staff is a pleasure. Brianna Bellanger my APN, always takes the time to make certain i'm well cared for and shes up to date on my health.Its a nice feeling to be treated as the most important patient she has. I'm a grateful,satisfied and loyal Cooper patient. Stephen Marro

VERY LONG wait times with little communication. Be prepared to wait over 1 hour for your appointment after the scheduled time.
