Coombs Orthodontics

I just finished my treatment with Dr. Coombs, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience/treatment. I was a little nervous to get my braces off, as I have a few teeth with extreme sensitivity, but Dr. Coombs and his assistant, Evelyn, were so thoughtful about my comfort. Though I struggle with dental work, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy and comfortable it all was. They also put the permanent wires on and included are night time retainers to keep my teeth nice and straight! Thanks Coombs team for the incredible care!

I have a lot of regrets in using this orthodontist. He seems to have had some staff turnover in recent months which has made our experience at the Layton office absolutely miserable. I don't like that it's just a big room that looks like he crammed as many beds in as possible with absolutely no division or even six feet of distance between them. The staff doesn't wear the masks properly so they don't cover their mouth and nose. I don't know what flu season will be like in this space. When things were running better, the poor office space wasn't so bad but now that we're stuck there for anywhere from 90 minutes to two hours, it's a terrible patient experience.

They have such an amazing group of people who work here! Dr. Coombs has been so great! They are compassionate, kind, caring, and so intelligent! I love Darla! She is the sweetest! They deserve so many more stars for their amazing work! I can’t wait for my son to get his braces on!

Dr. Coombs and his staff were so kind the minute I walked in. I am 75 years old, I started having really bad jaw pain. I had been to other doctors to rule out some things, I decided to give an orthodontist a shot at my problem. I was not disappointed with my decision. He fully explained what he could do That might help me. They were very thorough, and I made the decision to give his treatment a chance. I haven’t had long to get my desired results yet, but I’m hopeful. I would like to thank them for being patient and making me feel comfortable and explaining so that I could understand. Dr. Coombs and his staff are amazing.

We have been so pleased by the service and treatment we've received at Coombs Orthodontics. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable and my children love going to their appointments. If there is ever a problem with their braces, I can call and they'll get us in that same day to fix it. We consulted with several doctors before choosing Coombs, and I'm so glad we did!
