Coolidge Family Dental Care

Today was our very first time here. My son is 6 years old, and he just switched from one dentist to the Coolidge Family Dental Center. Everything from the throwback, super Nintendo game, to the murals, to the hospitality, professionalism, and the prizes to choose from at the end was great. Signing in was quick and easy on the tablet, and we will definitely make Coolidge Family Dental Care our dental home.

Their highly knowledgeable, networked and efficient front of house made this recommendation, by our doctor, a great trip to the dentist for my teen. I went in and they went into business mode; doing what I should have taken care of, without missing a beat and having a very nice waiting area to have some coffee and be thankful for places that still push for the patient to be seen. My teen is all better and has a plan started thanks to the incredible back of house.

Coolidge Family Dental somehow made orthodontist visits enjoyable, which feels illegal. Aubrey is hands-down the best — friendly, funny, and makes the whole process easy. Dr. Brooks is amazing and clearly knows his stuff while actually caring about getting your smile right. Great vibes, zero judgment, super clean office, and a team that genuinely cares. If you need braces or aligners and don’t want to dread every appointment, this is the place.

Wonderful experience. Staff was so kind and was very patient with us. We had 3 family member taken care of including a 1 year old which can all be hectic but they made the whole process so easy

Good back office staff and dentist but the front office is rude and act like it’s a love it or leave it or better yet go somewhere else if you don’t like it. They change over the way they bill and which networks to work with randomly and then tell you they did their best to notify patients but wouldn’t say they sent a notification email. They upsale you on treatment and dental plan and then charge a year later for the difference the insurance doesn’t cover.
