A special shoutout to Liz she was incredibly helpful and joyful throughout my visit. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, took the time to answer my questions, and truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Her positive energy and warm personality made a huge difference. The office is clean, modern, and efficient, and you can tell they really value patient care. After searching for a dental office that suits my schedule and overall needs, I was pleased to find this practice. This was my first visit and from beginning with Allison to my last interaction with her, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone in between that I interacted with was kind, caring and engaging! Julie was my hygienist and I cannot wait to see her and Dr Sparks again in 6 months! Julie especially was funny, informative and encouraging! I highly recommend this practice to anyone!

I visited Cool Springs Modern Dentistry for the first time & was very impressed with the professionalism & attentiveness of the staff. Liz was very kind & explained all the details of our insurance coverage. There were no hidden costs to surprise us. Dr. Sparks went out of her way to smooth out a chipped tooth, Tie did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth, & Katlyn did a great job taking xrays. I am very happy I found Cool Springs Modern Dentistry.
