Dr Cook has treated my family very good, and Receptionist has also been great to my family
Most caring Doctor I have ever met. He spends quality time and answers all questions you have. He personally over sees all aspects of the care I receive in his office. If you have a choice in eye care, you only need to see Dr. Cook, he treats every patient like it was a family member. I am a patient for life!
Receptionist took my information and said I had an appointment December 21, 2022 at 10:00 am. I arrived about 15min early to be told she forgot to put the appointment in the schedule. Ridiculous! I took off work for this and was told I could reschedule. Not an option for me due to work. Need new schedulers if you want to keep business!
I like Dr. Cook he actually told me my eyes were in better condition than the last time I saw him. I owe it to vitimine A. I can't! W ait get my new glasses!!!
Love this doctor! He takes time to throughly examine your eyes and discuss anything you have concerns about.
