Made it to the ER. Had to go to Door 1 to get directions for parking. Valet is offered for $5. If you’re visiting the ER, your visit is likely to be some hours, so the Valet workers will give a ticket to self park in the private parking lot where a Valet attendant will let you in. Upon leaving, you can pay at a parking kiosk located at the east end of the parking lot near the ER entrance and exit. NOTE: make sure to get the Valet ticket validated inside the hospital. Otherwise, your $5 fee will $30. The ER was pretty busy but not packed. We got checked in and within 30 minutes was called to get vitals checked. About 2 1/2 hours later, we were called to get the blood drawn. It appears that the workers in room 5 may have been pilfering until asked about names being called for blood draw and
I am a victim of a crime I was robbed and severely beaten unfortunately and even though they didn't take care of me themselves that night in the emergency room they took care of me afterwards And honestly I always hear people saying county sucks and they take for ever and so on and so on And honestly I thought that were great. Amazing doctors. First time in my life I've ever had surgery. They calmed me down both mentally, physically and almost spiritually. Very great doctors and staff id love to mention the doctors names but unsure if they would want me too but shout out to a very cool ENT doctor who did Rhinoplasty surgery on me and shout out to a doctor in clinic I who did tenon repair surgery on me I'm grateful to both🙏🏼🙏🏼 I'm not going to sugarcoat it either There are very long wait ti
It does takes time to get in, (ER), but the staff is gentle and nice, and ones you're in, the take care of you, they listen, and care. They are respectful and friendly. And the nurses are always ready to help. When they are not sure what's wrong, a team of experts come and evaluate the situation and ensure you receive the right treatment. The person who wheelchair you to the pharmacy and the pharmacist super nice. I recommend this hospital 100%
My experience was unexpected and lasted five days of admission on the primary care /internal medicine floor. My care we as great from the dedication of the ER Dr who made sure I was admitted for the care I needed to the team of providers lead by the very respectable Dr. Wong, M.D.
Long waits to get an appointment, then long waits to be seen at your appointment time. Having said that, I have gotten quality care and attention from most all of my doctors.
