They have the absolute worst customer relations in the world!!! They transfer you without listening to your needs resulting in you not getting to the right department and that’s IF they don’t hang up on you multiple times first. Then the actual staff clock out early with no warning so you show up to appointments for nothing, they also hang up on you for simply trying to make appointments. This place sucks! And the team that’s supposed to correct this problem is a joke to! I’ve left messages explain what happened and was told I would be contacted 24-48 hours.. that was a week ago. This place needs to be shut down they’re stealing tax dollars and doing nothing with them

I honestly don’t even know where to start. This situation with the billing office has caused me so much stress that I am emotionally and mentally exhausted. I want to be clear that I never had any problems with the doctors or the medical care. The problem is completely with the billing office. For some reason, they never sent me several of my bills. I never received statements, no phone calls, no warnings. The first thing I received was a letter from a collections agency saying that I had unpaid bills. Imagine my shock when I saw that. What makes it even worse is that some of those accounts were already paid. The billing office themselves confirmed to me that those accounts have a zero balance. But even after confirming this, they still did not send the report to the collections agency t

Called my doctor's direct line, which went straight to voicemail, and said to call a different number for appointments. Called that number and immediately got a voicemail that said that number no longer exists and to call a 3rd number. Now I've been on hold with the 3rd number for over 2 hours, and no one has yet picked up the phone without any indication of how much longer I would have to wait just to SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. Complete joke. UPDATE: After 2hrs and 15 mins: I got an automated message saying to try my call again later.

This place is the worse if you have a family member with cancer. Hospitals get money for every cancer patient! My mother was diagnosed with cancer stage 4 and the oncologist Michael gave her so many different chemos back to back to the point that it killed her. Let alone tell my mother in her face that she was going to die and my mother begged for her life to him. Not once did Michael mention that he was going say that to my mother, I was so traumatized to hear my mother beg for her life to him and he didnt care. 2 months later she died after he told her in her face she was going to die. He has no sympathy for how to treat his patients, if he knew all these chemos where going to kill my mother why experiment on her!!! Now im heart broken that my mother died a week ago today, let alone her

I have been receiving automated calls informing me of an additional 20% discount for self-pay patients who pay the entire bill at once without choosing a payment plan. I recently spoke with a billing department representative and they told me that as soon as I receive my bill I have to call and ask for the additional 20% discount in order to receive it. I just got my bill and I called the billing department. They told me that this promotion has expired. How convenient. They are sending me a bill for service provided on 04/07/2025 two months later when the discount has conveniently expired. What kind of scam is this? In addition, they are not abiding by the Illinois state law requiring from any hospital to provide a good faith estimate prior to the service. I am rarely receiving those good
