Cook Children's Retail Pharmacy - Fort Worth

First time going there and it was 11 p.m.. I didn't know where to park and looped around a few times. I was about to give up but since I live far, I decided to call for instructions instead. I asked where I could park and where exactly they were located. She told me instructions and made it easy and simple to get my child's prescription.

Compulsive liars misleading unprofessional staff members. Suppose to be a participating pharmacy with my health plan and do nothing but lie boldly even with my pharmacy plan on a three way call with them. Never do business with them don’t waste your time it’s not worth it. You don’t own the place you work for them remember that.

I really don’t like that they’ve changed their automated system on this line. I am no longer able to get through to “curbside pick up” nor does it give me the option for it. What are we supposed to do to pick up prescriptions especially when you have a child who is wheelchair bound in the vehicle with you.

They are quick to make your medications. Curbside pickup is great — wait time is minimal if you go late at night on a weekday. Overall thankful for their service.

They sent our sons medication to the room he had been discharged from so we had to wait. On top of that while waiting the tech(Edda) was loudly discussing how she had given a patient the wrong medication as well as was throwing random medications all over the back counter.
