Cook Children's Outpatient Lab (Mansfield)

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Regina, an incredible phlebotomist! My son is only 11 months old and has very small veins. A few weeks ago at the hospital, they had to use special equipment just to locate his vein for a blood draw, which was stressful for us. On this recent visit, we were really worried it would be difficult again—especially since I’ve had similar struggles with my other child at different labs where multiple attempts were needed. But Ms. Regina was amazing. Using just her keen eye and skill, she drew his blood perfectly on the first try—no multiple pokes or fuss at all. Truly impressive and such a relief! Thank you, Ms. Regina, for your gentle care and expertise.
