We took our kid for blood work, and it was a nice experience. Without Kari L and Tabitha, we wouldn't have been able to get the blood drawn for the tests. They were super helpful and caring.
Front staff are always on their phone. We had labs to be done that needed fasting but the person didn't look and made us wait over an hour for the nurse to come out to ask if my child was fasting. This is after I returned because the labs were closed for 1 1/2hour. They are not the most friendly staff. I forgot to mention that lab staff are friendly and works with children to ensure they feel comfortable and they are not affaird. They manage pain and listed to the parent concern.
