The office is bright and cheerful. Very clean. Staff is excellent. Movies for kids to watch in waiting room. I suppose what I like best is how they interact with the children. Very positive experience.
Long wait , my apointment was scheduled at 11 am now its 12:25 and my son still hasnt seen the doctor . I asked the front recepionist for a manager , i heard the manager ask the staff if i SPOKE ENGLISH . The doctor is very slow to attend patients .
This specific office has medical staff that obligate their patients to do the most outrageous demands like Dr Cocjin who participated in a discriminatory act towards an Autism Family. They said it’s fine because he doesn’t know our culture…
3rd time they cancel my dentist appointment that was booked 2 months ahead and they keep canceling appointments because they have a “meeting “
it's the worst place. of clinic. The one who attends is a racist, they don't attend to how people are arriving. I had my appointment first. but she attended to the person she wanted without first asking who came first
