I would give 0 stars if I could, I recent took my newborn here for the first visit it was okay. Two days after I had called to ask a medical question , I got told I’d be called back return calls 2 hours.. or they’ll call back later that day. They’ve never called back, I called again the next day asking for an update or to speak with my son’s pediatrician they said they’ll take a message. Said they’ll call back again.. they never called back I left a message again.. and yet no call back yet.. it’s been three days already…

Stop deleting this. At the last appointment I went to, my 2-month old screamed bloody murder upon receiving her round of shots. The three people in the room RAN out of there immediately including the main pediatrician, Dr. Liu. I mean… they completely scattered like roaches. What if something had happened to my child? What if she was about to have an adverse reaction or even die right there in my arms? I guess they are trained to not be present or bear witness if something ever goes wrong. Got an icky feeling after that last visit and never returned. If you’re reading this, I suggest you do your own research regarding the childhood shots schedule because no one will have your back if anything does go wrong.

Im begging y’all to please please look for another clinic. This clinic disappoints me more every single time. Attitude from the front desk isn’t great and the doctors/nurses??? WORSE. One of my daughters had a cyst in her ovaries which ended up requiring surgery and they ignored her. Said it was her “anxiety” acting up since she has it documented in her chart. If she was in pain, it was all because of her anxiety. My other daughter has diabetes and she went to the ER for extreme pain. We went to follow up with pcp since they found a cyst as well. They COMPLETELY ignored both me and her. Said everything was caused 100% by her diabetes and to keep pushing insulin even if she didn’t eat for days (can’t eat because of the pain). I was threatened by Julienne Lee on three separate occasions. Each time, she stated that she would contact Child Protective Services without any valid or justifiable reason. The most recent threat occurred because I was unable to take my son to a doctor appointment on the specific day she demanded, which was a Friday. I informed her that I could bring him the following Tuesday. I never refused medical care for my child. I simply could not attend the appointment on the exact day she requested. Despite this, she refused to allow me to reschedule the appointment. I then contacted the office myself and filed a formal complaint regarding her conduct. My son had an appointment walked in the clinic was waiting for a bit i seen that window 1 had a lady with an ugly attitude I approached window i said good morning but the lady sitting down completely ignored me.. soo the nice lady from window 2 was nice enough to attend me I understand is too early but if she dont like her job she should just stayed home ugghh!!
