We can’t not express the gratitude we have for conyers pediatrics. Front staff is so welcoming, nice and helpful whenever I have questions. They did some awesome renovations and the place looks so nice. Especially love the monitor in one of the waiting rooms where it shows pictures of the doctors and a little bit of their background. Nice to put a face to the name incase my normal provider isn’t in. Thank you conyers pediatrics!

conyers pediatrics is great to the front desk all the way to the providers. If you haven’t been there since their renovations and merge , just wait till you do , it’s like a brand new office. I’m also not familiar with all the providers but they have a tv screen on the sick side that has pictures and brief summaries of the doctors which is really nice

We saw Dr Johnson For Frequent Check Ups And Really Liked Her Untill My Child Got Sick...He Had A Bad Breakout And We Were Told By Urgent Care It Was Hands Foot & Mouth More Days Went By And It Got Worse We Went In And She Said It Was A Breakout From His Eczema. A Week Later No Changes So We Went Back & She Said It Looked Like BUG BITES!!! I Didn't Realize What She Meant But After Leaving My Husband Said She Thinks We Have Bed Bugs I Was Furious!! I Went To Another Urgent Care and My Child Finally Got Steroids And Correct Treatment! Safe To Say I Don't Not Have Bed Bugs In My Home & These Doctors Dont Take The Time To Correctly Diagnose The Children. I Felt Very Unseen And Stereotypical behavior was channeled so my child will not ever go back here! Please do better

‼️‼️‼️⛔️⚠️ Because Parents deserve to be warned: This practice is completely unprofessional. A billing mistake on their part left us with an unfair bill, and instead of correcting it, they canceled my kids’ appointments and dismissed them as patients. Now, my children have no primary care doctor and we are forced to use urgent care or the ER for basic medical needs all because of their error. If a pediatric office can so easily abandon children over their own mistakes, they do not deserve to be trusted with anyone’s care. Parents protect your family and find a practice that values responsibility and compassion. This office doesn’t deserve Kaitlyn Johnson and I pray that her best finds her soon.

Just have to brag on this office. My kiddo has been coming location since 2013, from another state, when Dr. Patanay was here. She was the one who immediately explained why my kiddo would cry all night and assisted us with a remedy. We didn’t have an issue after that remedy was given. Since then, we have remained with this office even with different doctors assisting when Dr. Patanay was out for the day. We did not mind having a different doctor because each person did the absolute best job and was also on point when a hospital visit was needed asap. The after hours line was utilized a few times and every time we were told exactly what to do. We now have Dr. Green and my kiddo adores her. She looks forward to seeing her at every visit.
