Conway Regional Medical Park (phych)

The Lab here is HORRENDOUS! They use a 3rd party billing company that can't figure out how to bill TriCare, one of the largest insurance companies in America. Every time they cant figure it out, they send a letter in the mail with my social security number posted all over it. Aside from the billing issues, some of the lab tech are the rudest and under-trained people I've ever experienced in the medical industry. My toddler son needed blood drawn, so after the tech couldnt find a vein, she proceeded to twist and poke and pull trying to find it. My son was screaming and it took all I had to control myself. Once she finally realized she didn't know what she was doing, I politely asked for someone else to try. She got offended and asked very rudely if I didn't trust her. I was so angry at t

Terrible treatment! Horrible Staffing! Begging for medical assistance should not be part of the protocol at this lousy place called a hospital! I've SUFFERED immensely from something that SHOULD have been diagnosed a year or more ago, instead I've been treated as if I had leprosy (they wouldn't figure it out either). I absolutely do not use the term hate but in the case of the lack of compassion and knowledge for something so darn simple to treat but not one medical person within Conway Regional CARED enough to help....yes HATE comes to mind! Finally found a caring Dr who did help me,only to find that a lot of undue damage has been done to me physically,no thanks to Conway's crappy medical intervention! I went to get a test I really like it they pre registered the day before I came the staff was very friendly did not have to wait 20 minutes I was on my way I like this to they sent me a letter me know my test results that was awesome to me not have to wait for a answer.

Great hospital! Nurses are also nice. They dont get upset when you ask for stuff.

Tried to get an IV eight times, were never successful. Had to drive half an hour to another hospital.
