I would like to commend Emily Byrd for her exceptional skill and compassionate care in performing blood draws. For years, I struggled with an intense fear of needles that led me to neglect my health and avoid necessary medical procedures. My fear was so overwhelming that I even went without essential medications. This anxiety turned every blood draw into a traumatic experience, characterized by significant tension, nervousness, and discomfort. However, when I met Emily, everything changed. I LOVE APRN Riley!!! Which is why I gave a 3. I’ve never had a doctor who puts the thoughts and energy into their patients that she does. HOWEVER the front desk and those that answer the phone are ridiculously rude and need to be trained how to speak and treat people. DO BETTER!!! The quality of overall customer facing practices at this facility is lacking in comparison to what you can experience at Conway Regional Hospital. Majorly disappointed!!!!

I love Krystal Riley but her support staff are frustrating. Her nurse seems to know how the base pharmacy works and told me to just pay the difference. When I tried to explain you can't pay money at the base pharmacy she suggested I use a different pharmacy, she didn't have time to sit on the phone to do a PA because she had paying customers. This was day 3 of me trying to get them to do the PA. I am a paying customer as well, just not sitting in the office.

Krystal Riley, APRN is amazing! She is so caring and engaging. What a fresh breath of air in the medical field. Also, the staff is wonderful. They are so accommodating and kind. I’m very grateful to have this clinic with these professionals in our little town.

Dr Charles Himmler is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I don't know how he is with other people but with me he's more than just a doctor. He has helped me mentally physically and emotionally. I haven't had a car for over a year now and I have a care giver that only works 2 hours a day. I told him that. He's so special to me. He's been Johnny on the spot for calling in my prescriptions in in like 15 min at the longest cause he cares and knows I only have a short time that I have a car. If you r looking for a loving caring kind doctor that takes time and listens to you,you should definitely use him
