Conway Regional Medical Center Emergency Room

First I want to say the emergency nurse same was amazing and a great advocate! I would honestly like to nominated him for a daisey award his name is Sam ! But the female doctor that I first saw was horrible yelled at me argued with me pressed on me really hard when I told her I was in extreme pain! Tried to tell me what was wrong without running test! Finally after arguing with her I got her to do a ct which confirmed coltis like I said! but not before her yelling at me and trying to claim my extreme stomach pain was a std or my endometriosis which was infact was not a std since I was never tested for one! And it was the most pain I have ever been in! The doctor that took over after her was a guy and he was much nicer

Well been here since 830 this morning, should have went to Baptist Er instead had only three people in front of me and here we are still waiting and have not even been taken to a room yet. People say Conway regional striving to do better. Waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours and no update or anything. Can’t say I will ever be back to this er again.

I have been here for 5 hours and still haven’t seen a doctor. Severe pain in stomach and back. Nausea, body aches and fatigue. I explained I was in severe pain and yet here I sit. After 7 1/2 hours I got in and from that time I give 5 stars

I was in there 6/6/2025, dealing with severe back pain and worried about my pregnancy. The receptionist was incredibly rude, talked down to me and initially refused to give me the proper paperwork I was promised. Just because I asked for it. Thier Er is a joke, don't go there. The nurses who took care of me in the back weren't that bad but that receptionist and the lady who eventually gave me my proper paperwork (she was rude too) was enough for me to never come back to the emergency department.

4 + hours in the Emergency room at Conway Regional with my adult son, who came here directly from the doctor appt he had. They tagged him gave him an EKG which came back abnormal and let him sit, and sit. He is so swelled his stomach is extended, legs and feet swelled from the fluid build up. Will probably have another heart attack before he is called back. One woman has been here 6 hours and hasn’t moved from her chair. Another man spent the night in this emergency room with blood on his shirt and got a blanket for another night. I personally go to Baptist Medical. The waiting area is clean even though you never sit more than 15 - 20 minutes. My youngest son went to the emergency room with fluid on his knee last week and they saw him immediately, had X-rays taken, cleaned his woun
