I can speak for all the doctors at this clinic, but there is one who refuses to take into consideration their patients input. Trying to get a referral to a surgeon for MALS after the CT scan indicated a high probability of this diagnosis, but instead got referred to a weight loss doctor. My partner is already losing weight due to this disorder, but she cannot get anything done with this group. Conway Regional needs to make some changes here for sure. Listen to your patients instead of just ignoring them.

I had spent 2 years with other doctors just passing off my pain as acid reflux. But the doctors at Conway Regional really cared that they figured out what was going on. My gallbladder was non functioning and they immediately scheduled surgery. It has been a year now and I havent felt this good in a long time! I truly appreciate them!

I was referred to Dr Moix by my internist. I saw an APN at his office for my pre-procedure visit. When I went to my procedure at Conway General, I was assigned to Dr. I had not asked for or expected to have. I do a lot of research into my doctors and was very unhappy with the way things happened. The doctor who performed my procedure was very competent and communicative. The point is, I did not appoint with this doctor. I will not be back!

GI ordered a full panel to diagnose my issues, thought I was finally going to get some explanation as to why I feel the way I do.. Nurse called me over a week later with my results - told me a few food sensitivities to be aware of and that I have alpha gal syndrome. She didn't bother to explain alpha gal or how I need to change my lifestyle to accommodate it, or any other suggestions. Just told me good luck and have a nice day. So, I did my own research for a couple of weeks, finally gave them a call to ask a few follow up questions for clarity just to be told "I dont know the answer, I'll mail you a copy of your results to let you figure it out yourself." She was zero help, nor did she care to help. I asked her if she could ask the doctor and give me a call back and here we are, weeks lat

I called because my doctor referred me to these people because I found out in 2019 I had the start of cirrhosis and they refuse to see me!! Go figure they are a Gastro dr?????? Lay down your license if you don't honor them!!!!
