My grandmother went to this urgent “care” clinic and I would not recommend them to anyone that actually needs treatment, especially on a Friday. They are in such a hurry and lack the ability to take care of the patient’s that trust them to help them. If you tell someone you will do something and help them, then do it! My grandmother was told she would have a prescription sent in and even called to verify that they would send it because it still wasn’t ready when she went to pick it up. She is in a lot of pain and really needed treatment, now we are trying to make her comfortable on a weekend until she can be seen again.

I left my less than 5 minute appointment with Dr. Smith feeling dismissed, absent of a diagnosis, and without hope of any relief. This is far, far from the ideal patient experience. I do not recommend this place.

I was scheduled for surgery on March 5. Shortly before surgery the operating room was compromised. Dr Smith took that very seriously and cancelled my surgery. He and his staff got me back in two days later for my knee replacement surgery. He was thorough and made me feel so at ease. Since it was on a Friday, not a typical day for surgery. He checked on me after and came back Saturday on his day off to make sure I was ok and had everything I needed to be able to go home. I would suggest anyone in need of surgery to see Dr Smith. He did an amazing job!!

Called yesterday about 1PM, was told I’d receive a call for scheduling something either that afternoon, not likely, or for tomorrow. Received a call at 8:57am the next day. I was just asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I wanted to but I’m going somewhere else. If you can’t call me back to actually schedule, why would I trust you to look and a possibly do surgery? The medical field could use a good training in customer service.

Dr. Howell has done one of my surgeries and done very well. The conway urgent orthopedic is what I recommend if you need to be seen . Best Dr's ever and tries to get you in quick. They are really good with you and gentle. Not a long wait either
