Conway Ortho Urgent Care

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband was there at noon (their supposed opening time according to their recorded message) was placed in an exam room after an hour in the waiting room, and was left there alone for an hour without anyone checking in him, making sure he was ok, or communicating with him whatsoever. He went out to find someone after an hour and they “forgot” he was in the exam room, but then told him that after waiting two hours that there was only one provider and they “have no idea how long it will be before you are seen.” Pathetic for being an “urgent care,” forgetting a patient, then some sob story about only one provider. Do better Conway, you absolutely SUCK. This is the second time we have been to you in an emergent situation and your wanton carelessness

We had a great experience today! We took our 7 year old for an elbow injury, and they were all very friendly and kind. We were signed in, xrayed, seen by PA, splinted, and received a sling all in about 1.5 hours. This was much better- and cheaper- than going to the ER.

They take horribly inaccurate appointment notes. Dr Howell performed an unauthorized survey including multiple procedures all of which were never discussed or explained what they even are and one of them causes permanent disfiguration and strength loss. It's so bad I'm filing a complaint with the medical board.

Great visit for my boyfriend and I. We were on a road trip and my boyfriend had an issue with his knee and they took wonderful care us. Wish they were in our home state!!

Called had back issues, asked if they treated back pain, yes, so I go in in major pain sit down, why are u her, f my back, oh we don't do backs. Then why in the world did u say u did on the phone. I'll not be back. Ever
