Conway Eye Center

I normally always come in here and have a great experience. Have had one the past 3 years, the doctor is extremely nice and the man at the desk was really sweet too. However the lady who is the receptionist needs to be replaced. I have been in customer service for 8 years and even though I have health insurance just not vision, my health insurance covers one free eye exam. She doesn’t know how to do her job and was rude right off the bat about my insurance. However when you return the behavior she is displaying she makes rude remarks. Definitely will not be back and a lot of my friends that see them will not go there anymore as well. Get a better receptionist lady.

I have been using Dr. Van for a few years now and refuse to go anywhere else. She is very caring and speaks to me on my level that I can understand. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new Dr. or for their first eye Dr. The staff is pleasant and knowledgable about their business and procedures. I trust them for ALL my eye care health.

I just love the Conway Eye Center! Dr. Van is the absolute best at what she does! Every visit is a treat!! And the receptionist is such a doll! She is always so helpful and willing to explain any questions or concerns I may have about my coverage. Thanks for all you do!

Be prepared for extra charges even though they were "in-network" with my vision insurance. I was not advised of a charge for insertion and removal of contacts until it was time to pay. The charge was for helping my daughter with contacts training but I actually had to step in and help since very little instruction was given. When I asked for a receipt for insurance purposes it took 3 tries to prepare the correct receipts. And they didn't even bill insurance correctly. My insurance had to contact the office and advise them on how to correctly file my claim. Definitely do not plan to return. The overall service is subpar at best.

This is one of the best doctors around. She is very thorough with her exams and quick too. She has great staff who are very friendly as well. I would totally recommend to everyone!!!
