Conway Apothecary

Great pharmacy! Drive thru window is quick and easy in and out. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. I love this place. My only recommendation is when I have a prescription ready for pick up, I'd like to receive a text or phone call reminding me that my prescription is ready.

I’ve been to this pharmacy twice as a college student. Apparently they don’t know what HIPAA is, or I should say HE doesn’t know what it stands for. I go in he greets, asks for my name, and then says the medication aloud while other ppl are in the room as well. Had to call him out on it, because nobody needs there business being out there even if the others don’t know the meaning of the medication.

Fastest and kindest pharmacy I've ever been to. Ive not waited more than 5-10min here. I remember waiting in line at CVS and Walgreens literally for more than 2 hours! Their fastest times have been around 30 min with nobody else in line. I'll only ever go to Conway Apothecary now. It's been over 2 years since I've switched, and everything I said is still true! Ain't nobody got time to sit for hours! Thank you Conway Apothecary!!

I and my family had been with Conway Apothecary for over ten years. I was recently diagnosed with a complicated illness, and my medications increased and became more complicated. with the insurance I have. I also needed more communication from my pharmacy of choice. So, when a new medication would be sent to Conway Apothecary there was no communication as to whether the insurance would cover it or how much it may be. And I or my husband would often drive up to the drive through only to be told they hadn't filled it because they didn't know if we would want it at the out of pocket price, did it would be. This was with medications that were ten dollars out of pocket as well as medications that were in the hundreds out of pocket. So while i'm feeling absolutely terrible from the chronic illne

They make the prescription process easy and convenient. Plus, the pharmacy is well-stocked, and I rarely have to wait long for my medications.
