ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I really like this urgent care center, especially the one at 70 Gold Star Boulevard in Worcester. There's not much of a wait, the nurses are very kind, and especially Dr. Iley Arielle, who treated me with great compassion and professionalism. She listened attentively and explained my condition very clearly, and with the medication she prescribed, I felt much better the next day. Thank you for having such excellent staff. I highly recommend it! 💯

After a horrible experience with the PA at Carewell, I came to Convenient MD and was treated with compassion and professionalism. Arielle took the time to read my chart, notice I was prescribed medication which could exasperate my asthma, ordered necessary labs to rule out other possibilities, and identified a course of action. I was feeling better by the evening after suffering for over a week. The entire staff was excellent and I didn’t have to wait long. I will definitely be coming to this location in the future and can’t thank them enough.

Great experience from scheduling to exam. I was able to book an appointment online with plenty of time options. I arrived a few minutes ahead and checked myself in at the kiosk then completed my online registration in less than 3 minutes on my phone. I was called back almost immediately. The staff were all super nice, attentive, and professional. The building looks very new and everything is clean and nice. I was in and out in under a half hour and the doctor I saw took her time with me and was very helpful. All around great experience and I will go back next time I need urgent care. Highly recommend!

The providers were incredibly kind and genuinely invested in my son’s well-being. They were thorough in ruling out potential causes for his illness, taking the time to listen to my concerns and even ordering additional testing based on our conversation.

Im gonna give it a 2 star .. yes they are quick about getting you in. however theg quick to get you out to. I went for a possible broken hand. the dr xrayed it said nope but let me go look again cuz it looks broken. he said nope no break. sent me on my way no splint no pain meds nothing... for a week I nearly died in pain couldnt even pull my pants up or brush my hair or teeth couldnt lift groceries ZERO sleep !!!! I finally went back they took another xray an said yup its broken. like I said the first time in my how did we do ? text they were thorough enough. and my hand still aint splinter no referrals have to call my own pcp for ortho.. great thanks for NOTHING!
