ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Convenient MD is the best urgent care! It’s so easy to make an appointment online, just pick the time you want to be seen and the system tells when when you should leave to go to your appointment, no sitting in the waiting room for hours like you would have to do at an Emergency Room. Also, check in when you get there is very easy, the receptionist is great and all of the providers are excellent! I tell all my friends to go there!

Had a great experience today. My first time here. Staff was excellent. I pre registered online and set a time. When I checked in I was called within 5 minutes. The nurse and doctor was very thorough about my injury. They definitely care here and it shows. Highly recommended!

My visit was a 10 out of 10 experience from start to finish. The provider who cared for me was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, compassionate, and efficient. The first receptionist was welcoming when I walked in. After my visit, the other receptionist took my call when I needed a pharmacy change. Her service was also fantastic and seamless. I could tell this team operates under strong leadership. Every detail of my experience as a patient here felt thorough and well managed. Thank you! I’m feeling better already :)

The entire staff, from check in, nurse, and doctor were all extremely friendly, professional and informative. Although the primary concern for requesting the appointment wasn't able to be addressed in office, I was provided with a follow-up plan, to have this matter properly diagnosed/treated. I am very appreciative for everything. Should I ever find myself in need of urgent care in the future, I would not hesitate to return.

I need to be honest and I hope people take the time to read this, because this place has treated me like crap. I’m a disabled veteran, and they completely screwed me. They first tried to charge me for the visit despite being in the VA’s network of community care. When they did, another person in the waiting room, also a veteran, approached the window and spoke on my behalf, explaining to them that they can’t charge me. They eventually complied, and then two weeks after the appointment, they sent me a bill for $240. For a place that prioritizes getting patients in and out, I had to sit in an empty waiting room for 45 minutes to have earwax cleaned out of my ear. Then, they turned THAT into another 45 minute production. I had to leave the exam room and find the nurse to ask what was going
