ConvenientMD Urgent Care

She came in and listened to what happened. The x-ray was very quick. She didn't make us wait there for the radiologist to read the x-ray, she sent us home with a walking boot and called with the results later. She saw exactly what he saw so I was diagnosed correctly. She even sent my films over to a walk in ortho for a later consultation.

I have never seen a clinic ran so chaotically. From a business owner in the healthcare field, who in their right minds would utilize only one provider and one receptionist and think that is safe and effective. The wait time was absurd. Staff I’m sure were doing their best but running a business with these guidelines is not safe at all! I asked the girl at the desk why such a long wait and she stated only one provider. I should recruit your staff to my practice where they are respected and not burnt into the ground! Do better “ Convenient” MD.

Was seen in clinic at a very busy time. I arrived and there was only one receptionist doing her best. She helped check me in and was very polite even though clearly under a lot of pressure. As I sat and waited for about an hour multiple people were trying to check in, had questions, one could not speak English, multiple phone calls were answered, other patients were walking up to her and kept asking about “ when will they be seen “ one was rude to her and she kept her cool and stayed polite. As this was all happening what appeared to be a manager came out from the back micromanaging and barking orders in an intimidating way. Do you think she could help this girl answer a phone call as the phones were ringing? Nope. I can’t believe they had one girl dealing with all of this at once. Shame o

It's unfortunate that we were treated with such disregard. I arrived for my appointment, and there was only a young child with his father. Later, two more children and their mother arrived after us (the clinic was almost empty). I entered the clinic at 11:30 AM, after making an appointment by phone. We waited half an hour before being taken to the examination room with the nurse, who then directed us to another room to see the doctor after five minutes. We waited another half hour, but the doctor didn't come. When we left, I was surprised to see the doctor coming out of the next room, where the two children who had arrived after us were being seen. I don't understand this discrimination or the reason for it. Why did I have to wait longer? My daughter was in pain and crying.

Great nurse and doctor. They worked very well with my daughter to figure out what was wrong. They ran a variety of test and found out that my daughter had step throat. They called in the antibiotics right away. Would recommend to family and friends
