ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Efficient, check-in and wait time and excellent quality care provided by a thoughtful clinician who listened to our questions and concerns, and explained her thinking with specific reference to our input. Overall she provided very thorough, high-quality care with thoughtful engagement and analysis that left us feeling confident we had the information we needed. Great experience, highly recommended facility.

I really hate writing a review like this for such an awesome place but it deserves attention. We basically came to this urgent care with no insurance and needed to do some labs. They advised they use Labcorp and showed us a chart of prices. The test price was $218 something? They had a disclaimer saying they aren't responsible for variations in pricing. Well a few months go by and I get a bill for almost $500!! DOUBLE what they said. Lab corp blames convenient MD and vice versa and I am the one at a loss. They said that price had been updated but ConvenientMD still had an old chart that they showed to customers. The staff did try to help but at the end I felt like I was being brushed off and they took no responsibility for this error other than being empathetic. I will never use Conveni

It was probably the best urgent care experience I’ve had. Relatively short wait, very polite and friendly medical assistant who was communicative and speedy in her work. The provider which saw me was straight to the point with resolving my issues and gave me exactly what I needed to recover. The gentleman who also was present during my visit was also great. Overall staff was excellent and facility seemed very well put together.

I walked into ConvenientMD after leaving a local ER due to an extremely long wait — meanwhile, a third of my thumb was practically hanging off and blood was pouring out (Mandolin: 1, Me: 0). The moment I arrived, check-in was seamless. I was immediately greeted by the reception team and quickly brought back for triage. After a short wait, the provider came in, explained everything clearly, and told me exactly what she planned to do (I couldn’t even bring myself to look at the damage). Six stitches and a tetanus shot later, I was all set and out the door — the entire visit took about an hour and a half from start to finish. I’m genuinely grateful for how fast, calm, and efficient everyone was. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. Highly recommend this location for urg

The phlebotomist who drew my blood was so kind, she did it so quick it didn’t even hurt and was very skilled. It was so nice and welcoming to talk to her and I felt extremely comfortable. The other workers in the lab office were also very kind. Only thing I would say is that the receptionist at the lab service was an older woman who gave attitude for no apparent reason. Someone needs to check her
