ConvenientMD Urgent Care

The Dr that saw my child, Dr Sean- Xavier Neath was exceptional. Excellent clinical skills with deep compassion and care. It is obvious he loves his job and is great with kids. The nurse or MA that saw my child was good too and has a great manner with kids. Highly recommend their urgent care service. We have been using Convenient MD for 6 years

The PA Molly Caruso was excellent!! She was able to give me the proper treatment in the ER to make me feel better immediately and diagnose me without an x-ray. She covered all the bases with my treatment. I’m still recovering from walking pneumonia and bronchitis but feel better everyday. Every one of the staff that dealt with me from the EMT, nurses, and the front desk attendant were very nice and knowledgeable! It was a very good experience!

The first part of my wait being brought to an initial room for vitals, etc. was friendly and fast. After being brought to exam room however, I did feel almost forgotten as it was over 20 minutes alone in there. But once finally seen it was a very friendly and thorough visit. I would definitely go there again.

Worst experience for a DOT physical , I have ever had in thirty-three years & I have had some interesting ones. Picked 9:40 time slot online Checked in at 9:27. Had done most of my paperwork online.I only had a few things I needed to fill out & then wait. The check in screen said I was next and then my name disappeared at about 10:05 and ten minutes later they took the 10 òclòck slotted person instead. At 10:17 I got up and asked them if I had been forgot about Because they had taken the ten o'clock in before me. Fast forward another 5 minutes later.They call me in to which I tell the nurse I need to go to the bathroom asap She says just a few moments puts me through half the physical before she let me go to the bathroom for required urine sample. Proceeds to put me in a room another 20 m

To start, I will say they are convenient! I think the check in staff could be a little friendlier, however the nurses and doctors in Concord on Loudon Rd. have been nothing but superior! We have brought our kids in a few times and they are so kind. I myself have been in and have had a great experience. Thank you all for your amazing service to the public.
