ConvenientMD Urgent Care

Although I had at least 7 people ahead of me, I was given the option to do a telehealth appointment. This allowed me to see the provider very quickly. She was able to tell pretty quickly that I had some kind of infection. She prescribed antibiotics and 4 days later I'm already starting to feel better. I really appreciate the care I received, thank you!

The check in was quick and the app easy to use. The person at the front desk was very helpful. The screen with your position in place is a very good idea. David argereow took care of me and he was great. Listened asked questions let me know what tests he was doing and why. Explained what was going on along the way. Just great caring bedside manner. Had some issues with the insurance and your team was very responsive working with the pharmacy. Thanks for a great experience

I really hate writing bad reviews - this is actually my first one - but today's experience at ConvenientMD Urgent Care was unacceptable. My husband has a grade 1 AC separation that has gotten worse over the past few days. We were just here less than a week ago, so we came back hoping to get him reevaluated because the pain had gotten severe. The nurses and doctor were extremely kind, patient, and helpful. The doctor especially was AMAZING and took my husband's pain seriously. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by the receptionist, who was shockingly rude and aggressive from the moment we walked in. She repeatedly snapped at us - in a very angry tone - that they "DON'T HAVE XRAYS TODAY," as if we were somehow supposed to know that before arriving. My husband was in a lot of pain

Provider Robyn Bird FNP-C quickly diagnosed double middle ear infection and bronchitis after discussing symptoms and exam. (My PCP was not available for appt for 5 days). NP Bird listened, asked questions and insured I understood the diagnosis. She prescribed meds and reviewed instructions. She was friendly, professional and sympathetic. This was my first visit to Convenient MD. The office was clean, well staffed and efficient. I will not hesitate to use again if needed.

I had a great experience. From the check-in process to me leaving was smooth. The nurse (Denise) was patient with me and down to earth. The provider (Tiffany) was very nice, easy going, thorough with the exam, and she listened to me. She and I came up with a care plan. I then experienced my last interaction at this clinic with a nurse (Lisa) who helped with giving me a toradol shot and giving me a sling to help my arm to rest/heal. She was very knowledgeable, easy going, and nice overall. Would come back and recommend to others.
