ConvenientMD Urgent Care

My experience with Convenient Md was great from the moment i walked in the door. The front receptionist was very welcoming and friendly.. I didn't have to wait long at all due to low volume of people.. Medical assistant Gabby was amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful during my visit, she kept me calm throughout my visit.. The PA Kelly was great and very supportive. I am very grateful and thankful for the team on this evening.. Thankyou for taking good care of me this evening during my visit 🙏🏼💜

I had some issues with my insurance and they were incredibly kind and patient waiting for my to get my information relayed back to me. Sarah was the best, she was sweet, personable, and made me feel comfortable especially with it being my first time there. She told me how the process of the appointment was going to go so I knew what I was getting into. She asked me all kinds of questions and gave me explanations for symptoms and how everything was all tied together. To some people it may have been self explanatory, but my doctor trips are few and far between, so it was nice to have explained in detail to me. Will definitely come back in the future!

Everyone was incredibly kind, the receptionist was delightful. The process was quick, which I greatly appreciated. I didn’t wait long — which was good as I came in feeling a bit panicked, worried that I had cut off my knuckle, but Andrew and Morgan were exceptionally helpful. Their support made a stressful situation much more manageable. I’m grateful.

We were visiting from out of town during the visit and needed quick help for my son who wasn't feeling well. I was able to log on early and make an appointment for first thing when you opened, and was in and out in less than 45 minutes! The nurse and the NP we saw were kind, understanding and prescribed the necessary treatment for my son. You guys saved our trip!

Do not go to this location Morgan Descoteaux has absolutely no business being licensed to treat anybody. She is a hack and should be stripped of her license. She is labeled a Physician Assistant C. She is not a real Doctor. My partner came in with severe pain in her pelvis. She gets UTIs normally so she thought it could be that or BV. She has had BV before and it led to Pelvic inflammatory disease. She ended up in the hospital with excruciatig pain before. This fake doctor wouldn't give her antibiotics even thought we have been down this road many times before. Her suggestion was if it gets worse go wait in the ER. HOW ABOUT DO YOUR JOB AND PRESCRIBE ANTIBIOTICS and listen to the patient who has a history of these issues. She just kept pushing back and saying can't give you anything unt
