Convenient Urgent Care

Our son got an ear infection for Christmas, so we ended up looking for an urgent care on a Saturday. Everything and everyone was very nice and professional. Doc. Collins immediately put our 10 yr old at ease, listened and had a great bedside manner. Would definitely go back.

Took my daughter here this morning. The wait wasn’t long. Dr. Sandra was so kind and compassionate, helping to calm my daughter’s nerves. Young lady at the front who also took her vitals was so lovely as well! Thank you!

Everybody was extremely friendly and professional. They took me back for an X-ray immediately. They gave me the proper medication and equipment for my injury. I highly recommend this location!

First off the front desk girl today is very obnoxious and very rude yelling NEXT to people is absurd. Shes on her phone talking so loud everyone can hear her! I’ve personally never seen her here before but there is no need to talk down to people or about people in front of the whole lobby. SHE SHOULD NOT BE WORKING HERE! Otherwise the rest of the staff including the NP working are amazing! But that girl needs help. Also she should not be in service of the public the way she acts and presents herself! She is all around rude!

I wish I could rate the PA or DNP separately from the whole place. She was kind, thoughtful and very helpful. The place was run down in general. The front desk person was rude, unhelpful, and did not seem to care much about performing her job well. The medical assistant started out with a similar attitude but seemed to get a bit more personable as the visit went on. I hope that the kind woman who took care of me can find a better situation elsewhere. Because of the overwhelming negativity from the front, I will never go back there.
