Convenient Urgent Care

I saw the nurse practioner on 10/25/25 for high blood pressure. She recommended that I go immediately to ER. I did. Thanks for her caring. She is very interested in helping patients. Kudos to her.

This was my 2nd visit here in a few months, I have only to say that I'm very happy with the service provided on both visits in every way. What was extremely impressive was while I was waiting in the lobby to be called a man walked in with a severe leg laceration badly bleeding, a staff member immediately came out into the lobby and did some emergency first aid as the man was clearly in shock and probably ready to pass out, I think the staff member was the manager, (the provider was someone different) not just a paper shuffling pencil pushing manager, this person clearly had an extensive background in emergency medical care, I will not hesitate to return there if I need medical care.

They’re usually a slower urgent care so I try to avoid it if I can. Stopped in on a Tuesday morning for a sports physical and they doubled their price to $50 Swartz creek is $25 The staff was nice but the economy is too rough to be doubling prices for kids knowing insurance doesn’t cover it. $50 for 10 minutes of work is $300/hour rate and I’ll definitely avoid it in the future. Save yourselves some heartache and just go to Swartz creek to AMD

The receptionists were good they called me back pretty fast, but the “nurse practitioner” was highly unprofessional. The whole time she was in the room with me she was looking up on google on how she could treat me while pregnant. The medicine she tried to prescribe me I told her numerous times that it’s never worked with me and she proceeded to tell me that she had to get permission from my ob before she could clear the medicine. While waiting for my ob to call back she mentioned that she saw in my chart where they prescribed the medicine to me a couple months ago so I said great so is it possible that you could go based off of what you’ve seen my ob has already prescribed me ? And just because I asked her that question she blew up on me started yelling stormed out of the room then procee

Would not recommend taking your kids here. I brought my 1 year old in with a high fever and absolutely no other symptoms. Before the dr came in I heard her outside the door saying ear infection before she even looked at him. Went to er after seeing them and in fact was not an ear infection at all but pneumonia! They are highly under qualified to see anyone in my opinion. I have been there a handful of times. They diagnosed me with SHINGLES at 30 when I’ve never had chickenpox and it was not shingles but a flare up from my lupus.!
