Convenient Dental

I wish I could rate zero stars. I literally cannot express to you how TERRIBLE this dental office is. First off, it is the most unsanitary, disgusting place I’ve ever seen. There was dust everywhere, the little sink that you spit in had someone else gunk in it, and there was just dirt and grime everywhere (see pictures). Second off, my appt was at 12:20, I did not get back to get my X-ray until 1:00. I then sat for twenty minutes while the X-ray developed for the dentist to come back, unwrap her rusty tools (see pictures) and look in my mouth and tell me I need to see an Endodontist. Third, they were taking an X-ray three feet from me while I was sitting in the “exam room” chair (I hope to God my 3 month old was not exposed to radiation). I just had a nice conversation with one of the most pleasant secretaries I've ever met. Her name is Janet. While they were unable to schedule me at this time, due to supply chain issues, it's nice to get someone pleasant on the phone.

Place full of liars!!! The lady doctor gives false statements just to charge more money. Does not stand true to her statement even after getting the whole payment. Then she would send you to another doctor for deep cleaning which would charge whole bunch of dollars, which she actually didnt tell us before. On every visit she had another story to tell which would add some more months for the checkup and adds more money to the final payment!!! She never stick to the same statement we were told in the begining. If you ask questions why is it so, she would get rude and starts misbehaving. Such a wastage of time, never thought it would be so complicated to get my mother's teeth fixed.

I've been coming here for a couple of years. The front desk manager is very rude. I had an issue with a toothache, The dr. said I needed an extraction and deep cleaning. The receptionist tried to tell me the charge for the cleaning was over $200 out of pocket, but last month I was told the procedure would be $85. When I asked her why it was so much more than the last time she said my insurance changed my plan, she is a liar and a thief. They cancelled 2 appointments on me when I needed my aching tooth pulled. Gave me a referral to a doctor that does root canals instead of doing the extraction then when I asked to have my exrays sent to the correct dr which I found on my own she refused to send them, she said they only fax exrays, she is such a liar. Unprofessional every time! The old lady be rude many of times. Time to retire!! Every a.m appointment I'm always waiting for them to open/arrive. Did, I forget to mention that they over book! After, a 2 hour wait I was told my procedure is now $65 more than what I paid before. Could have told me that at the time the appointment was being made👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
