Toby is always such a pleasure to work with. He's calm, helpful, and patient, and he certainly knows what he's talking about. I have to select hearing aids for myself, but he didn't tell me what I had to order, but instead gave me options and provided links to where I can learn more. Making a hearing aid purchase is an expensive process and a big deal, and I'm sure I'll be seeking more advice from Toby before making that selection, but I'm grateful that he's allowing me to figure out for myself what I think will work and what I can afford.

I have been going to Contra Costa Hearing Aid Center for 15 years. I would highly recommend them to anyone with hearing difficulties. Toby Hill takes a personal interest in making sure that your aids are working as expected. He's the only audiologist I have ever been to that will actually repair a hearing aid in his office - saving a week or more without the needed support of having one, or both, your hearing aids working and in your ears.

Mr. Hill is consistently professional, patient and considerate when helping manage my special needs adult son with ear molds, batteries, and submitting paperwork for several losses of hearing aids in and expedient manner,. We have been a patient for over 20 years and truly value the services of Mr. Hill and his staff.

Had my annual hearing test at Contra Costa hearing aid center. Doctor Hall is very good and knowledgeable. My hearing is about the same as last year.

Toby is very knowledgeabe and helpful. The office is very relaxed and staff are very consderate. They handle my insurance billing, too.
