Continuum Rx

My mom does treatments here every two weeks and they are very clean and professional. But the best thing about Continuum is Richard, the Infusion specialist who sets up her treatments. He has an excellent bedside manner and is always friendly and hospitable. Caring for a loved one is difficult but little kindnesses like the friendliness that he greets us with go a long way. My day is always brighter after our visits there.

I’ve had no problems at all with communication and getting supplies. Haven is wonderful and I’ve so appreciated her help, attention to details, friendliness.

Only great things can be said. Getting Liqembi infusions every other week. Richard Crocker is my nurse, he is fantastic. I always get a text prior to day of appt. then Richard gives me a personal phone call as a reminder of my appt. Richard is great at his job and you can tell he is very dedicated. He is personable, thorough, kind, and easy to work with. Thanks to Continuum and Richard for always being prepared for my health visits.

Horrible experience with them missing a commitment to deliver a script by over 3.5 hours. Which left a 91-year old parent languishing in the hospital another half-day.
